- My translation looks wrong. The Keeper is a language model — it can hallucinate, especially on rare scripts. Cross-check with a scholarly source before tattooing anything.
- Can I use translations commercially? Yes. Translations the AI produces from your input belong to you.
- How do I refund a Vow? Email support@codexarcanum.app within 14 days. App-store purchases follow Apple/Google/Samsung refund flows.
- Why does the Decoder need my photo? Only the photo bytes are sent to our AI partner for one-time analysis. We never store your image on our servers.
- Do you have a subscription? No. The Initiate and Adept tiers are one-time purchases. You will never be charged on a recurring basis without explicit consent first.
Delete my account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — saved translations, tutor history, bookmarks, reading progress, sigils, subscriptions to the daily verse, and push devices. Financial records are anonymized as required by tax law. This cannot be undone.
